Our workshops are interactive and involving with a strong focus on the core skills needed to grow your client base; presentation, cold call selling, negotiation, handling objections, closing the sale and how to keep motivated.
The Success Factory is the brainchild of our master trainer; Mike Element. In 2004, while Mike was the national sales manager for a major media company, he was frustrated by the lack of sales training products available that focused on the basic ingredients for sales success. “I was trying to get some sales training for my team and everybody seemed to be offering complex systems . I found myself wondering what was the point of making things more complex than they needed to be? I was the number one salesperson in Australia for the company I worked for and I didn’t use any of these systems. My sales success was achieved by using the basic principles of sales and having the right attitude and that is what I wanted for my team members”.
Mike decided to design his own training programs and was inspired to watch his team members increase their sales and income by implementing the core sales skills and strategies he was able to pass on to them. It worked so well that in 2007, The Success Factory was created to help others enjoy the same level of training and success.
