Who are we? Great question.
We’re no-one special. We’re like every other small business owner out there, working their butts off to make a future for themselves and their families.
Except, we’ve been doing a long time and can almost make a footy team out of the number of small business we currently operate (as of today its 12, turning over in excess of $10M per year).
We get asked all the how do we do it? When they struggle to keep tings moving with just 1 business. Well it took a while, but now it’s easy.
We’ve figured out the way small business should run. That way all we do is repeat the exact same principles in the next, and the next and the next business. Copy, paste.
Why small business? Why not build an empire, become one of those large business? Because for us, small business is more personal. We know our employees. We often see them grow from school kids, to adults, and on to become wives/husbands and parents. We have had so many employees move on and come back, and there’s nothing better than knowing employees want to come back, you know you’re doing something right.
Our life is the same as yours, school drop offs, netball and footy, sports days, camping and BBQs with friends. All of which we can thank our businesses for providing. There’s times when things get hard, things go wrong, unexpected costs arise, but we wouldn’t change a minute of it.
Running small businesses is what we do and what we love. It’s not for everyone, but it doesn’t have to be hard as some people make. Our lives are much better off in all aspects, there’s no way we could back to being an employee, who would want to anyway !
We have got so much to share and can’t wait to start teaching it.
